What Products and Services Qualify?
The product or service may be eligible for our price match guarantee if it’s identical to any competitor’s product or service. Price matches may be requested at time of the product purchase or upon your service sign up or annual renewal.
Our Guarantee
Upon request (and approval), If you find a matching product or service currently advertised at a lower retail price, just show us written verification by fax or email and we’ll almost instantly approve and adjust your order or invoice outlining your new price.
Limitations
- The price for a product or service must be valid at the time of the price match guarantee. We reserve the right to verify a competitor’s advertised price and availability.
- The product must be an equal item, size, weight, colour, quantity and quality. Competitors must have products in stock or provide the required service at the time of the price match guarantee.
- Deals and promotional offers found on websites will be validated on the competitor’s primary website and must meet all other price match criteria.
- We will require you to send us digital verification to confirm the advertised price. The proof may also be used for future price adjustments if applicable.
- Price matching is approved solely at this discretion of Australian Waste Management Pty Ltd.
Exclusions
- Products that are classified as clearance, closedown, liquidation sales, damaged, used, refurbished, pre-owned, offers advertised as % or $ off, non-branded items, or prices that only display on a website after a customer log in.
- Pricing due to typographical errors, competitor lightning sales, coupon offers, promotional codes, credit card offers, gift card offers, financing, service offers, bundled offers, sales tax promotions, free items, rebates or mail-in offers.
