Returns policy

Australian Waste Management accepts returns on shop orders subject to the conditions below. For delivery options and shipping charges, see our shipping policy.

Return window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. You must contact us within that 7-day period to arrange a return.

Condition of goods

Returned goods must be in saleable, new, un-altered condition.

Freight and restocking

• The customer pays freight both ways: the original delivery charge is not refunded, and you pay the cost of return freight.
• A restocking fee of 20% of the invoice value of the returned goods applies, with a minimum of $10.

Faulty or incorrect goods

If goods are faulty or incorrect, tell us at delivery or contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
